Claim – Warranty Form

Item(s) can only be returned if they are unopened, unused and untested. Item(s) must be returned within 14 days, starting from the day your item was delivered. The item(s) are returned at the buyer’s cost and the buyer will not be reimbursed for the cost by Design4Nails.
