How to use:

• apply the neon flash with a thin layer directly on the matted artificial nail, hybrid base (in the case of a hybrid manicure) or gel, precisely spreading the product near the cuticles and on the sides so that there is no unnecessary thickness, 
• cure for 30 seconds in a 48 WAT LED lamp,
• apply a second layer of neon and cure again in the lamp for 30 seconds,
