Slowianka Small Mandrel Carrier

The small mandrel carrier does not contain overlays.

 

Product properties:

  • multifunctional, durable carrier made of stainless steel, intended for repeated use
  • Compatible with most large overlays
  • can be used with all disinfection and sterilization methods

Usage:

  • After thoroughly cleaning and sterilizing the carrier, we install an appropriately selected overlay on it, paying attention to its diameter.
  • The overlay should be pressed until it is completely attached to the base of the media so that no gaps are created.
  • We check whether the overlay is firmly attached to the carrier.
  • We begin the process of filing the nails.
  • The carrier ensures the stability of the overlay at various rotational speeds, from the lowest to very high.
  • After finishing sawing, use a stick to gently separate the overlay from the bottom of the carrier.
  • We remove the carrier and then clean it.
  • The carrier is sterilized again in an autoclave set at a temperature of 130 degrees Celsius.

The Mandrel Small carrier by Slowianka Nail Trends, intended for disposable milling overlays, is universal and compatible with most large overlays. Made of stainless steel, this reusable mandrel can be subjected to all sterilization and disinfection methods. It works perfectly with 180 or 240 granulation overlays available in the Slowianka assortment.
